Sébastien is a journalist and presenter, and has presented over 20,000 news programmes, debates and special editions on the French LCI news channel. He also hosts corporate events. His presenting and hosting duties also include a number of annual conventions for the FFB Pôle Habitat and UNAM (French Union of Planners), CDC Habitat addresses, FNAIM (French Real Estate Federation) conferences and Environment and Security meetings for LOXAM and Kaufman & Broad.

A recognized specialist in financial forecasting, management and taxation, Virginie Carolo-Lutrot is particularly interested in the attractiveness and sustainable development of the region, through innovation. Elected Vice-Chairwoman of the Caux Seine Agglomeration in 2017, Virginie Carolo-Lutrot will become its Chairwoman in 2020. She is also Vice-President in charge of Budget and Finance for the Normandy Region, and President of France Villes et territoires Durables.

Jérémie Almosni spent 6 years at ADEME, where he headed the Transport and Mobility department and led the drafting and implementation of ADEME's Transport and Mobility 2020-2023 strategy. He then spent nearly 3 years in charge of ADEME's Ile de France regional office. In January 2024, he joined the Villes et Territoires Durables (Sustainable Cities and Territories) department, which provides tools and expertise for local authorities, elected representatives and private-sector players to decipher the challenges of the ecological transition and provide the means to take action on themes such as air quality, sustainable mobility, buildings and polluted sites and soils.
