<p>Amanda has worked extensively in the red meat industry for many years, originally in quality assurance, before moving into human resources and safety. Amanda has spent 20+ years working in HR and safety advisory roles within plants.&nbsp;</p> <p>Amanda joined AMPC five years ago and is excited about the R&amp;D potential in the People and Culture program area. &nbsp;</p> <p>Growing up in rural Australia and being involved in beef cattle from an early age, Amanda is passionate about attracting and retaining people in agriculture, especially the red meat industry, keeping people safe and developing people, particularly in the area of leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Edwina has more than 20 years&rsquo; experience in research, development and adoption in the agriculture and meat processing sector. She has authored over 55 scientific papers/reports relating to cattle, sheep and goat meat science and technology research.&nbsp;Edwina has managed diverse teams to deliver excellence through the value chain. Edwina is an Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging alumni and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture)(Hons) at Charles Sturt University and Master Rural Sci Degree at University of New England.</p>
