Tomasz “Tom” Burnos is an operations and technical-management consultant and trainer with 20+ years of hands-on experience helping industrial and utility organisations improve reliability, maintenance execution, and operational safety in high-responsibility environments. He is the CEO of Operivo, working internationally with leadership teams and frontline organisations to move from reactive firefighting to disciplined, risk-based operations. His work regularly touches MRO/spare parts effectiveness as a practical enabler of uptime, covering stocktake quality, part identification and standardisation, critical spares decisions, and supportability/obsolescence risk in the supply chain.
