The Torfmarkt is the southeastern part of the historic 6.6-hectare Marktplatz in the center of Norden, East Friesland. It serves primarily as a public market square and event space, hosting the weekly market (Wochenmarkt) and traditional regional festivals, including the annual Beestmarkt.
