She has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and a master’s and Ph.D. degree in Nuclear Engineering. She gained valuable industrial experience working at Lockheed Martin and Exelon Nuclear before finding her passion to support businesses along their journey toward sustainable growth, global competitiveness and profitability. She joined TMAC in 2016 and held several positions within the organization before becoming the Statewide Director of Business Operations. She is currently a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as well as a certified instructor through the TWI Institute, for Job Instruction and Job relations.

Tyler Boykin is a recognized AI expert in manufacturing and supply chain management, with over 13 years of experience in technology leadership. As VP of AI Solutions at Orases, he specializes in predictive maintenance and production automation, serving as a trusted advisor to top manufacturing enablers on smart manufacturing initiatives.

30+ years developing and supporting optimized machining processes with a focus on the aerospace industry. Worked closely with all major aerospace OEM's and tiers at every level of the manufacturing process. Have worked for or with all the major machine control systems to achieve optimal manufacturing processes in applications requiring extreme accuracy and significantly short cycle times on broad range of applications. Experience with all major programming and simulation systems available in the industry. Have been a part of major aerospace programs implementing processes that many thought would not be possible to implement.

Luis Solano brings over 30 years of experience to the Google Cloud Team. He has held various roles in Industry and Consulting organizations. His career has always been centered on driving business outcomes, driving transformational change and implementing enabling technology in manufacturing firms. Luis has delivered engagements in over 8 countries. He is fluent in Spanish and English. Industry Experience: Luis has held various roles including Production Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader and Plant Manager. Jamie Goettler is the Chief Revenue Officer for BTX Precision, one of the fastest growing “build to print” advanced manufacturing companies in the North America. Acting as an extension of their customers’ engineering, design, and product development teams, BTX works with the most innovative and progressive companies in the world within the aerospace, defense, space, medical and semiconductor market places. Their expertise spans both additive and subtractive manufacturing methods. A 28-year manufacturing industry veteran, Jamie spent the majority of those years with MSC Industrial Supply where he led their metalworking business in a variety of capacities, including the development of their nationwide metalworking application group and the creation of their metalworking innovation department. The highlight of his time at MSC was co-leading the US-wide proliferation of modal tap testing alongside the DoE’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Jamie participates in a wide variety of manufacturing groups and consortia, including the NSF’s Cyber Physical systems and is on the board of advisors of the Knudsen Institute. Jamie is a native of Pittsburgh, where he resides today.

Starting his career in operations and engineering at companies including GM, Paul recognized the opportunities to drive performance with advanced manufacturing IT solutions. Ever since, he has been a leading voice for emerging technologies like the pioneering manufacturing intelligence platform, Lighthammer, then as GVP of Enterprise Operations Management Solutions at SAP, and then back on the client side as CIO of Advanced Manufacturing Strategy at GE, where he worked closely with senior executives and operational teams to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in sustainable performance improvements. Just prior to joining Praemo, Paul was COO of smart glasses manufacturer, Vuzix.

Will Healy III is enthusiastic about manufacturing, technology and workforce development. A Purdue University mechanical engineer who loves to share his passion for automation, Will is a global leader at Universal Robots and with the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership (AMIP) in Cincinnati. He speaks from personal experience about people-centric technology investments, managing culture change in organizations, bridging the manufacturing skills gap and creating value through automation. With more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including automotive, packaging, food & beverage, metal fabrication, welding and more; Will is widely published, is a regular podcast guest, is an in-demand panelist and presents internationally at a variety of industry conferences. Colin Gilchrist is the Digital Systems Product Manager for Phillips Corporation. Colin is a manufacturing expert with 30 years of shop floor experience, excelling in machining, CNC programming, metrology, digital twin simulation, and data management. As the Digital Systems Product Manager at Phillips Corporation, he integrates digital and physical manufacturing, delivering solutions like cybersecurity for industrial machines, Siemens NX CAD/CAM and PLM integration, and advanced machine data collection systems. These tools empower shop owners and executives to boost precision, security, and efficiency while gaining actionable shop floor insights. His career highlights include leading teams to support mission-critical manufacturing, specializing in advanced CNC programming, post-processor development, and digital twin simulations with tools like Mastercam, VERICUT, and CAMplete. Colin has programmed high-precision components, leveraging Siemens NX and metrology to ensure top-tier quality. At Boeing, he earned distinction as the Mastercam Focal and VERICUT Focal for 32 NC programmers, guiding composite machining and driving LEAN improvements. Later, at CNC Software, he developed custom post processors and trained users, solidifying his CAD/CAM expertise. His ability to connect shop floor execution with cutting-edge technology makes him a trusted resource for manufacturing optimization. Over the next five years, Colin will advance the industry through innovative digital and data integration. Since August 2023, he has expanded Phillips Digital Systems, delivering cybersecurity and networking solutions like AURA Technologies' SmartThread Ecosystem for secure industrial connectivity, alongside robust NX and Mastercam tools for CAD/CAM programming, reverse engineering, metrology, and machine simulation, supported by training and engineering services. He will also enhance Excellerant and LIMS machine data collection and MES products, integrating hardware and software to provide real-time insights, driving shop floor productivity, security, and scalability for manufacturers across the board.

Bogue brings nearly 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and machine tool industries, with a strong background in leadership, sales, and customer engagement. As President of Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc., he leads with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and long-term customer partnerships. He joined Matsuura in 2021 as National Sales Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing the following year. In 2023, he was named President. His leadership reflects a clear commitment to the customers, distributor partners, and employees who are all central to Matsuura’s success. Bogue built his career on the shop floor, beginning with a rigorous apprenticeship at Newport News Shipbuilding. Over the next 14 years, he developed deep expertise as a machinist, mastering complex machining processes and earning the trust of his peers as a leader. He eventually moved into shop floor management, where he combined technical excellence with operational oversight to drive performance and quality. With a career rooted in the essential craft of American manufacturing, as President of Matsuura USA, Bogue brings a rare blend of hands-on experience and strategic vision to the role, helping clients across industries modernize their machining capabilities. His insights are shaped by decades of working alongside the people and technologies that power U.S. industry. Throughout his career, Bogue has held key roles in the CNC machine tool sector, as well as in cutting tools, capital equipment, and power generation. He is known for his ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and stay focused on delivering real value to customers. Colleagues describe Bogue as a collaborative and dependable leader who brings practical solutions and a strong team mindset to every challenge. His deep industry knowledge and relationship-first approach have played a major role in Matsuura’s ongoing growth and customer satisfaction. Bogue holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College.

Denis Larscheid is a seasoned manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience in model making, prototyping, and advanced CAM solutions. He holds a degree in Model Making, Prototype, and Design from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC). Denis spent a decade at KI in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he served as a Senior Model Maker, bringing design concepts to life through precision prototyping and hands-on fabrication. For the past 20 years, he has worked as a Senior Applications Engineer specializing in CAMWorks, supporting manufacturers with cutting-edge computer-aided manufacturing solutions and process optimization. With a deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle, Denis is known for bridging the gap between design intent and production reality.

Susan Murray Carlock serves as Executive Vice President for Yorktown, IN-based Mursix Corporation, a leading supplier of precision components to the automotive, alternative energy, medical, appliance, security, and other markets. Ms. Carlock is responsible for developing new business opportunities and partner relationships in both domestic and international markets. Pivot Manufacturing was founded in 2020 and works with entrepreneurs in R&D and prototyping for manufacturability. With thirty years of business experience in medicine, human resources, corporate relations, safety/risk management, and new business development, Ms. Carlock has served in various positions with Mursix Corporation and other business entities in Indiana. Upon joining Mursix in 2011, she was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s Defined Contribution Benefits Program, which has successfully provided Mursix employees with expanded healthcare benefit choices and helped to control the company’s escalating healthcare costs. As Vice President of Business Development, she re-engineered the company’s sales effort to better position the company to diversify its customer base and capitalize on its position in the growing vehicle electrification segment. Before joining Mursix, Ms. Carlock served in various positions in various business segments and has entrepreneurial experience by assisting in the start-up of a hospital staffing company. She holds a B.S. from Marian University and is also a Registered Nurse. She serves on the board of Conexus Indiana, is vice chair of the Conexus Indiana Advanced Industries Council, Chairperson of the Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Board of Advisors, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Marian University’s Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, a division of the Byrum School of Business. Ms. Carlock is also a Women in Manufacturing and the PMA Press Club member and is active in various civic and economic development activities in Marion, Hamilton, and Delaware Counties.
