Dwi has more than 40 years experience in sugar industry started with engagement in new sugar project, running the sugar mills & cane plantation business and ended up with executive position as CEO at Subsidiary of State-Owned Sugar Company and several job as Commissioner in the group. He is currently working as Executive Secretary of AGI (Indonesian Sugar Association) the only cane sugar industry association with 22 sugar companies, either state owned or private. He is responsible for running the office with immense job both internal and external. Much of the time, he represents AGI in official governmental communications, to be speaker in enormous conferences and organizing several sugar events. Apart of operating business, his long corporate experience in managing communication, legal and HR giving him special value in running the organization.

2 years working for FDI company and private group, more than 15 years in BOD and BOM positions. Strong experience in executive and management of enterprise at key positions such as: Chairman of the Board of TTC Bien Hoa (TTC Bien Hoa is a sugar general company which owns 50% VN market share), Chairman of the Board of TTC organic fertilizer (TTCAD), Deputy General Director (Technology) of Bourbon Tay Ninh sugar.

Mr. Harry Vuylsteke is Director Automotive Aftermarket, Southeast Asia. In his role, Mr. Harry is responsible for the general direction and strategy of the Automotive Aftermarket division in Southeast Asia and oversees the daily operations and execution of the business expansion plan. Mr. Harry brings over ten years of experience across various industries, regions and functions

Mr. Jeerawut Rityakul, Technical Product Expert, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific. Over 19 years of professional expertise in automotive industry and factory maintenance having worked with multi-national conglomerates from Germany, India and Japan.He has obtained technical skills such as Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, ISO9001 (Internal Auditor), Safety Management Level, Robotics welding, Programmable Logic Control (PLC - Siemens, Allen-Bradley), Plants simulation Software, CNC, Auto CAD.

Puchong is the Head of Industrial Technical Office in Schaeffler Thailand, he plays an important role as a Technical Principle supporting SEA. He leads a team of technical and service experts in Thailand, and is responsible for developing condition-based monitoring service solutions for regional customers. With 25 years of service experience and accolades under his belt, Puchong is well-versed in bearings failure diagnostic and analysis and has helped customers from various sectors in implementing predictive maintenance solution to monitor crucial plant assets.

Wang Mingzhou has served global top chemical companies such as Rohm & Haas, Dow Chemical, and DuPont for more than 15 years, whose job role covered technical service manager, Key account manager, APAC marketing manager and global segment market leader for Food and Beverage. He is knowledgeable at Ion Exchange Resins, Polymeric Adsorbent, Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes, which are widely used for separation, extraction, purification and concentration in Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. He received a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, a master degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and master of business administration from Fudan University.

Roman Rudkowskyj, engineer from Oxford University in England, began his professional career back in 1979 in the oil and gas industry, moving on to the alcohol and biofuels industry in 1990 until now. Mr. Rudkowskyj joined Tomsa Destil in 1990 as part of the technical department, later assuming the position of Engineering Manager of the company in 1997. As part of its management, Mr. Rudkowskyj developed multiple projects for the alcohol industry and its byproducts, designing plants with capacities up to 575,000 liters of alcohol per day for large producers such as: Abengoa (France), Destilmex (Mexico), Deulep (France), Garma Grup (Moldova), Krupp (India), among others. From 2009 till today, Mr. Rudkowskyj holds the Chief Commercial Officer position of Tomsa Destil, leading the opening and development of new markets around the world for the supply of alcohol technology and complete EPC projects.

Deborah is the Presales Engineer with Planet. She provides technical expertise in driving business opportunities. Prior to joining Planet, Deborah designed and implemented GIS and remote sensing solutions in fields such as agriculture, forestry, urban planning, and healthcare. She has published her GIS research in international journals. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Geography from the National University of Singapore.

With over 26 years of experience in wastewater treatment and waste-to-energy processes, Abhijit developed expertise in Anaerobic, Aerobic and Energy Recovery technologies. Abhijit has executed over 550 water treatment projects in 22 countries. Over half of Abhijit's mandates are awarded by sugar, distillery and ethanol clients. Abhijit graduated with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and post-graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT Nagpur).
