John joined FIA in 2018 and is responsible for managing the FIA’s Compliance Committee, Sustainable Finance Committee and various Regulatory Reporting Working Groups. Working within the FIA’s Advocacy unit, John is responsible for engaging with EU and UK policymakers and regulators on a host of regulatory initiatives, including EMIR and MiFID II/MiFIR. Prior to joining FIA, John worked at a global investment bank for six years within the Legal and Compliance departments.

Matt Kinloch is Retail Area Sales Manager for SONAS. He works with bathroom retailers across Northern Ireland to specify bathroom products for new home builds and commercial projects. Matt has become immersed in the bathroom industry over the past four years and is now an expert in all aspects of bathroom design and product selection. Philip Nickol is a native German and has operated a successful business for window supply and installation for 15 years in his native country, where a more comprehensive window installation is required by law. He founded prodomo Ireland in 2012, when he moved permanently to Ireland and settled in the South West. Since 2014 prodomo Ireland´s business core is the distribution of products and methods to create/maintain the energy efficiency in buildings. As a member of the German Association for Air Tightness in the Construction Industry (FLiB e.V) and trained specialist for Nearly Zero Energy Buildings, he provides various training courses for self-builders and tradesmen.

Andrew Acheson joined Internorm in 2020 and is responsible for the Ireland region. He has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked for several global companies, most recently for Saint-Gobain

David McHugh is the founder and CEO of ProAir Heat Recovery Ventilation systems, Ireland's only manufacturer of MVHR systems. David has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a lifetime of experience in the ventilation industry, pioneering the development of the sector in Ireland. David is Chairman of the Residential Ventilation Association of Ireland and a guest lecturer with TUS and ATU on the subject of mechanical ventilation.
