Passionné de cuisine et de culture japonaise. Ayant vécu pendant 10 ans au Japon, et ayant été formé là-bas à la cuisine traditionnelle avec de vrais experts japonais, c'est en 2018 qu'il vient s'implanter dans le sud de la France. Au MIAM, il vous fera déguster une cuisine authentique japonaise, et des spécialités plus savoureuses les unes que les autres ! Parmi elles, nous pouvons par exemple retrouver les Rāmen, les Gyozas, les Karaage ou encore le célèbre Wagyu-don, avec du boeuf de Wagyu.

Denis Martin is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the oil, FMCG, and mobility sectors in Africa. Beginning his career in mechanical and production engineering, he transitioned into senior management roles, driving growth in distribution, manufacturing, and logistics. He has held Managing Director positions in Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Tunisia, and Algeria, including leadership roles at CFAO, STRUCTEC, GENERAL IMPORT, PPGL, and Heineken. Notably, he managed the Brasserie du Congo and later led Heineken’s operations in Tunisia and Algeria. In 2023, he joined CFAO Mobility Cameroon as Director of Operations for Automobile, Two-Wheelers & Marine before becoming Managing Director of CFAO Mobility Nigeria in July 2024. His expertise spans business expansion, operational excellence, and cross-continental strategy execution, making him a dynamic voice on leadership and African market development.
