He oversees ASCM’s North American chapters, international training partners, corporate clients and is responsible for growing and strengthening the organization’s strategic alliances. Kent has over 35 years of transformational advisory and practitioner experience with large multi-national organizations. He specializes in SCOR®-based transformations, supply chain strategy & segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimization and supply chain visibility. As a certified SCOR® master instructor, he has traveled the globe leading workshops, education and transformational programs. Kent holds a master’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana university and has been adjunct faculty for more than 20 years.

Having expertise in animal transportation regulations and an insider view of the pet transportation process, Dr. Bryant's observations are pivotal to improving the safety and welfare of pets during air travel. When Pets Fly was borne out of the need to educate pet owners, veterinarians, pet travel crate manufacturers, and pet product distributors regarding pet travel via air. Dr. Bryant has identified multiple areas that must be addressed to ensure the safety and welfare of pets. Her goal is to serve as a consultant to guide decisions to protect pets during air travel.
