Douglas J. Kent is the executive vice president of corporate & alliances at ASCM. He oversees ASCM’s North American chapters, international training partners, corporate clients and is responsible for growing and strengthening the organization’s strategic alliances. Kent has over 35 years of transformational advisory and practitioner experience with large multi-national organizations. He specializes in SCOR®-based transformations, supply chain strategy & segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimization and supply chain visibility. As a certified SCOR® master instructor, he has traveled the globe leading workshops, education and transformational programs. Kent holds a master’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana university and has been adjunct faculty for more than 20 years.

When Pets Fly is led by Dr. Nelva Bryant, a uniquely trained veterinarian working for a global airline in the United States. Having expertise in animal transportation regulations and an insider view of the pet transportation process, Dr. Bryant's observations are pivotal to improving the safety and welfare of pets during air travel. When Pets Fly was borne out of the need to educate pet owners, veterinarians, pet travel crate manufacturers, and pet product distributors regarding pet travel via air. Dr. Bryant has identified multiple areas that must be addressed to ensure the safety and welfare of pets. Her goal is to serve as a consultant to guide decisions to protect pets during air travel.

Elinor Honigstein is an accomplished partnership professional with a career spanning over a decade, dedicated to building communities across the private, government and nonprofit sectors. She holds a prominent position at LinkedIn, where she leads global strategic partnerships, driving member value and creating impactful event communities to enhance engagement among members on the platform. With her leadership as the head of the UK Office of the UK Israel Tech Hub, Elinor successfully fostered tech partnerships between Israeli innovation and British corporates and VCs. A trailblazer for gender diversity in tech, she founded the UK-Israel Women Leading Innovation Network, empowering women in the field to thrive. Additionally, Elinor passionately contributes as a facilitator for Google's #IamRemarkable initiative, playing an essential role on the board of LinkedIn's Social Impact, and the Women @ LinkedIn Committee in London and EMEA.
