Jeff Koses is the AbilityOne Commission Chairperson and senior procurement executive at GSA. He was sworn in as a member of the U.S. AbilityOne Commission in May 2020 and elected chairperson in October 2020. He is recognized as an innovative leader in acquisition. He previously served as director of acquisition operations for the Federal Acquisition Service, created GSA's OASIS vehicle, managed multiple award schedules, and held various operational and policy roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Washington University in St. Louis and a master's degree in acquisition management from American Graduate University.
