Laura Weaving is the Founder and CEO of Newcastle-based company Duo Global Consulting. She is a behavioural and management expert. Through their platform – Perform – Duo work with scaling businesses to support their managers.

James has worked in the benefits industry for 12 years, with experience in technology, operations and global implementation. Today he plays a strategic role for Mercer Marsh Benefits, focused on digital solutions.

Claire Sharman has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits sector, working across a variety of roles including in underwriting, product development, sales, consultancy, growth and strategic benefit planning.
