Nick Tilsen is President and CEO of NDN Collective and a citizen of the Oglala Lakota Nation. Tilsen has more than 18 years of experience building place-based innovations that have the ability to inform systems change solutions around resiliency, sustainable housing, and community development. He founded NDN Collective to scale these place-based solutions while building needed philanthropic, social impact investment, capacity and advocacy infrastructure geared towards building the collective power of Indigenous Peoples. Tilsen has received numerous fellowships and awards from Ashoka, Rockefeller Foundation, Bush Foundation, and the Social Impact Award from Claremont-Lincoln University. He has an honorary doctorate degree from Sinte Gleska University.

Nicole Masters is an independent agroecologist, systems thinker, author, and educator. She is recognized as a knowledgeable and dynamic speaker on the topic of soil health. Her team of soil coaches and educators at Integrity Soils work alongside producers in North America and across Australia and New Zealand, supporting producers to take their operations to the next level in nutrient density, profitability, and environmental outcomes. Her book titled: For the Love of Soil showcases examples of the tools and principles producers are using to regenerate their soils.
