<p>Based in Munich, Marion Rathmann serves as GVP Content & Programming Networks for GSA and BeNeLux at Warner Bros. Her remit includes program acquisition, scheduling, rights management, and factual linear production.<br /> Marion has three decades of experience in the media industry, bringing deep expertise in TV programming and content strategy. <p>Yiannis Exarchos has served as Chief Executive Officer of Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) since shortly after the Olympic Games London 2012. OBS is the permanent host broadcaster for all Olympic, Paralympic, and Youth Olympic Games. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he became Deputy CEO of OBS in late 2008, having previously held senior leadership roles including Director General of Athens Olympic Broadcasting (AOB) and Senior Executive Officer of Beijing Olympic Broadcasting (BOB).<br /> In 2015 he was also named Executive Director of OBS’s sister company Olympic Channel Services (OCS), the corporate entity charged with creating and operating the IOC's Olympic Channel, which was successfully launched in 2016 and is now the core hub for content creation, technology and digital development, as well as data analysis for Olympics.com and the wider Olympic digital ecosystem. He is also a member of the OCS SL Board of Directors.<br /> With a rich background in TV, film, music and radio, he has expertly managed global sports event planning and broadcasting. He has received numerous awards throughout his media career, including 11 Sports Emmy Awards and 9 additional Emmy nominations, 11 Webby Awards, and over 30 Telly Awards, as well as recognition from the Producers Guild of America and the Critics’ Choice Documentary Awards. He has also been honoured by the IOC President, the Greek National Olympic Committee, the City of Madrid, and received the Great Wall Friendship Award in Beijing.<br /> Previously, he produced and presented cultural and art programmes on Greek television and radio, holding high-level executive roles in various broadcast organisations, including that of Executive Director at the Greek national broadcaster.<br /> Exarchos frequently speaks at global conferences on innovation, technology, sustainability, and gender balance in Olympic broadcasting. Her TV work also includes consumer champion show ‘Inside Out’ and the Politics Show for BBC South.</p> <p>Sasha has also presented for ITV News, BBC News 24i, LBC radio and BBC local radio.
