The Honors Symposium is a key event hosted by The Executive Leadership Council to celebrate and empower Black professionals in corporate leadership. It features sessions on leadership development, networking opportunities, and discussions surrounding corporate, civic, and community impact. The symposium is part of the broader ELC Week activities aimed at increasing the number of Black executives in C-suites and on corporate boards.
