Jeff is Admin By Request's Territory Director for EMEA and due to his technical background and deep product knowledge he can regularly be found directly assisting customers with both Proof Of Concept deployments and support cases. An accomplished ‘all-rounder’ his ‘full stack’ technical knowledge includes first-hand design and implementation experience in desktop and server O/S, Hyperconverged VM, high performance networking, clustered storage & replication, Next Generation firewalls, VPN, proxies, cloud architectures and of course, PAM and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM). Jeff’s has an insatiable appetite for solving problems. Using a combination of pure logic, tenacity and confidence, Jeff has gained a reputation as the go-to person for customers in need!
