Currently representing Poland in the European Parliament, but has previously served as Poland’s minister of defense, foreign minister, and speaker of parliament. Prior to his career in politics, Sikorski worked as a war reporter, covering conflicts in Afghanistan and Angola. In 1988, he was awarded the World Press Photo for spot news. While serving as foreign minister in 2012, Sikorski was also named as one of the Top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy magazine.

Tracy Walder was a college student when a chance encounter with a CIA recruiter launched her into the world of espionage. She joined the CIA's Counterterrorism Center—often the youngest and only woman in the room—traveling through war zones and black sites to help disrupt global terror networks. She later joined the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office, where she helped dismantle a foreign espionage ring and tackled cybercrime and fraud cases. Ian Bremmer is a political scientist who helps business leaders, policymakers, and the general public make sense of the world around them. Ian is president and founder of Eurasia Group, the world's leading global research and advisory firm, and GZERO Media, a digital media company providing intelligent and engaging news coverage of international affairs. Ian is an independent voice on critical issues around the globe, offering clearheaded insights through speeches, written commentary, and even satirical puppets (really!). Ian is credited with bringing the craft of political risk to financial markets, and for establishing it as an academic discipline. His definition of emerging markets— "those countries where politics matters at least as much as economics for market outcomes"—has become an industry standard. "G-Zero," his term for a global power vacuum in which no country is willing and able to set the international agenda, is widely used by policymakers and thought leaders. A prolific writer, Ian is the author of eleven books, including The New York Times bestsellers "Us vs. Them: The Failure of Globalism," which examines the rise of populism across the world, and his latest book, "The Power of Crisis: How Three Threats—and Our Response—Will Change the World," which considers looming global crises (health emergencies, climate change, and technological revolution) and their potential to create global prosperity and opportunity. Ian is foreign affairs columnist and editor at large for Time magazine and the host of GZERO World with Ian Bremmer, a global affairs program that airs weekly on US public television. Uniquely positioned to bring unbiased analysis on complex geopolitical issues, Ian is a frequent guest on leading broadcast television, digital news, and podcasts— from CNN and MSNBC to FOX and Newsmax— as well as key international media. In 2023-2024, Ian served as rapporteur of the UN High-Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence, whose 2024 report marked the first global initiative to address AI-related risks and sharing its transformative potential globally. Ian holds a master's degree and a doctorate in political science from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Tulane University. He currently teaches at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and previously was a professor at New York University. Ian is also a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He lives in New York City with his wife Ann and their wily Norfolk Terrier, Moose.

Chuck Tobin has served as President of AT-RISK International since 2003, bringing over 35 years of experience protecting people, property and operations for clients worldwide. Mr. Tobin serves as Chair of Standards and Guidelines on the ASIS Executive Protection Council and President of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB). From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Tobin acted as President of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and currently serves as the Southcentral Chapter Sergeant of Arms. Mr. Tobin is the recipient of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Commissioners Medal for volunteer efforts in advancing threat assessment in Florida. During his time as chairman for ATAP’s Certification Committee, Mr. Tobin developed the security industry’s first Certified Threat Manager (CTM) credential, providing proof of knowledge and management abilities in violence risk assessment. He earned his CTM certification in 2015 and was an integral part of the Executive Protection Core Competencies Project, bringing together subject matter experts from around the world to create higher standards for the security industry. Mr. Tobin has also served as National Director of Security and consultant to United States Presidential, Prime Minister, and international elected official campaigns around the world. As President of AT-RISK International, Mr. Tobin develops best practices for the company and leads complex threat investigations and executive protection risk assessments for clients. He is a speaker, author and on-camera contributor with expertise in executive protection programming, comprehensive security management, threat assessment and threat management.

Chuck Randolph serves as an Advisor to Ontic. Previously, Chuck served as Chief Security Officer at Ontic and Senior Director for Operations at AT-RISK International, following a 20-year tenure at Microsoft as Senior Director for Global Intelligence, Executive Protection, and Events. A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 30 years of expertise in operations, information operations, and intelligence, Chuck is also a founding member of the Corporate Executive Protection Leadership Council (CEPLC) and the International Protective Security Board (IPSB). Additionally, he chairs Sam Houston State University's Critical Infrastructure Research Council (CIRF). He is actively involved in the U.S. Department of State's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), contributing to the Cyber Council.

Theresa is also an internationally recognized authority and thought leader on the future of Violence Prevention, Threat Assessment, Digital Threat Assessment® and Managing Traumatic Aftermath and a trusted resource to numerous schools/districts, law enforcement, public safety agencies, governments, and corporations that reach out to her and her team for case consultations.

Don Aviv is the CEO of Interfor International, a 50-year-old corporate intelligence and security consulting firm based in New York. Through its world-wide footprint, Interfor routinely handles complex investigations, intelligence gathering, and security projects for Fortune 500 companies, private equity groups, and Family Offices. Don oversees day-to-day operations of the company and heads Interfor’s Global Investigations & Security Consulting divisions. He has extensive experience in corporate investigations, physical & cyber security consulting, crisis mitigation, threat assessments, business risk analysis, and intelligence gathering. Prior to joining Interfor, Mr. Aviv ran Global Security for an international software company, responsible for the security and safety of company assets and personnel within 138 global field offices. Mr. Aviv is often interviewed by the media about corporate investigations, security, and physical security matters. He is the author of many articles on physical security, global investigations, threat mitigation, and matters relating to corporate security. Mr. Aviv serves as an expert witness on security-related legal matters. Mr. Aviv is a Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP); a Board Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP); and a Professional Investigator (PCI, Professional Certified Investigator). He is also a licensed New York State Private Investigator. Mr. Aviv has been a member of ASIS for over 20 years and was formerly the Vice Chairman of the ASIS International Security Services Council (SSC). He holds a BA from the University of Rochester and an Alpha Phi Sigma MS in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University. Mr. Aviv was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), teaching Homeland Security and Emergency Management courses. He is Chair of the board of Strength-to-Strength, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims of terrorism. Mr. Aviv is also a board member of The Community Security Service (www.thecss.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to training and protecting local communities. Mr. Aviv is an advisor to a number of security start-ups and non-profits.

Supervisory Special Agent Jerry J. Tavares is the Executive Director of OSAC. SSA Tavares previously served as the DSS Division Director for Physical Security, overseeing the protection of more than 25,000 facilities and diplomatic platforms across 170+ countries. He led the modernization of the Department’s risk management process and the implementation of legislative amendments to the Secure Embassy Construction and Counterterrorism Act. He was Deputy Regional Security Officer (RSO) at U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq: RSO at U.S. Embassy Manama, Bahrain; RSO at U.S. Embassy Vientiane, Laos; and Assistant RSO at U.S. Embassies in Iraq, Colombia, and Afghanistan. In addition to his overseas assignments, SSA Tavares began his career in 2004 as a Special Agent in the DSS Miami Field Office; then served as Agent in Charge with Dignitary Protection. He also served as Branch Chief, Worldwide Protective Services, where he led the contract solicitation, acquisition, and management of a $1.3-billion Task Order, which provided security services for five U.S. State Department compounds in Kabul, Afghanistan. SSA Tavares is a native of Guam and served in Japan, the Philippines, and Egypt during his four years with the U.S. Marine Corps. He is fluent in Spanish, Lao, and Northern Thai, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbus State University.
