Toby is Marketing and Partnership Director at Equity Energies, where he leads strategic partnerships across the Energy Management division of DCC Energy UK. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Toby works with organisations across the UK to address the energy trilemma by developing tailored strategies that reduce costs, improve resilience, and support sustainability goals. Over the past six years, he has helped businesses minimise energy expenditure, reduce grid reliance, and respond to an increasingly complex and volatile energy landscape. At the Facilities Management Forum, Toby will share practical insights on navigating today’s energy crisis and building long-term organisational resilience.

Dave is an accomplished senior leader with 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Dave has built and grown BT’s drones team over the last 4 years, creating the foundations for BT within the UK drone industry and continuing to develop capabilities through in house development and market leading partnerships. Prior to this Dave ran a product management team in BT and previously worked as a Technology Partner within EE, driving complex change management programmes. Dave sits on the BEIS Drone Industry Action Group (DIAG), and is one of the founding members of the Future Aviation Industry Working Group – Airspace Integration (FAIWG:AI).

Paul Whiteley is a strategic change and transformation consultant specialising in Facilities Management. With over 20 years of FM experience, Paul partners with organisations to drive operational efficiency, governance excellence, and sustainable transformation. His work with focuses on applying research backed and evidence-based frameworks and industry standards to deliver measurable outcomes in complex FM environments. With experience spanning change leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, Paul helps FM professionals translate strategic vision into operational reality. He brings a practical, systems-focused approach to navigating the evolving landscape of modern facilities management.

I have worked for the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales since 1996 and prior to that worked in a local authority waste regulation department. I have over 33 years’ experience in waste regulation across various sectors including waste transfer and treatment, biowaste, end of life vehicles, landfill and hazardous waste. My current role at the Environment Agency is as a Senior Advisor acting as policy lead for Simpler Recycling. I provide technical advice to government on Simpler Recycling and I ensure the Environment Agency’s regulatory approach delivers in line with the Regulators code.

Beth is an established trainer, speaker and facilitator with over 26 years of managing buildings and teams. Prior to starting FMHS Consulting Ltd, Beth held a number of high-profile roles including Head of Facilities Management at Ascot Racecourse where she was responsible for all FM operations – the impact of the changes made were so successful, the patron at that time, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, noticed and passed comment!
