A Master of Arts in industrial design. For over 20 years she has been connected with the food packaging industry. A specialist in the area of prepress and a passionate enthusiast of flexographic printing, she is particularly interested in prepress‑room workflows as well as the technical and technological aspects of the printing process. She feels most at home “close to the machine,” where theory meets practice. She gained her experience in flexographic printing by starting her career with projects produced in narrow‑web technology, and later preparing high‑volume print projects for wide‑web production. For more than three years, she has been part of the digital‑flexographic printing team at MM Neupack Polska, where together with the team she develops new quality standards, combining long‑standing experience with Customer expectations and the capabilities of modern technologies. Working in the digital printing prepress department has also allowed her to deepen her expertise in professional colour management. She is responsible for creating colour profiles that ensure precise and predictable colour reproduction when printing on the RotaJet press. Privately, she is a mother and a supporter of the local basketball team. She enjoys spending her free time at the climbing gym, where she develops physical fitness, concentration, and the ability to take on and overcome new challenges!

An experienced production manager with over 15 years of experience in the printing industry and in paper and cardboard processing. He specializes in managing production processes according to lean principles, cost optimization, and production planning. He effectively develops teams (up to ~100 people), implements safety and continuous‑improvement programs; in previous roles he achieved, among other things, a year‑on‑year EBITA increase of 20%, an improvement of OEE by ~7% y/y, and significant operational savings. He has experience in technology implementations, improvement project management, and negotiations with external partners. He currently manages the Packaging Development Center department at MM Neupack Polska.

Expert in the field of food technology with more than ten years of professional experience. Since 2014, he has been associated with Comercial Quimica Masso, where, as a technologist and technical–commercial consultant, he supports manufacturers in optimizing production processes and ensuring product safety. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), where he earned a Master of Engineering degree. He expanded his competencies through postgraduate studies in quality management systems and food safety. He specializes in the practical implementation of legal requirements and modern technological solutions in the food industry. In his work, he combines traditional technological knowledge with the latest market trends, including the use of artificial intelligence in business development. Privately, an enthusiast of calisthenics, financial markets, and bushcraft.

Connected with refrigeration since 2006 – and with CO₂ technology since the days when most specialists looked at 100‑bar pressure with slight disbelief (and well‑deserved respect). It was Tomasz who, together with his team, built one of the first CO₂ installations in Poland for the Biedronka chain and trained dozens of service crews, proving that “it’s doable – and without smoke coming out of anyone’s ears.” Tomasz is known for skillfully combining an innovative approach with practical thinking and technical precision. In his projects, he consistently seeks solutions that increase efficiency – both energy and operational. Heat recovery has been a standard feature of his installations for many years, allowing the system’s potential to be fully utilized. Tomasz has gone through the entire technical path – from construction assistant, to installer, designer, advisor, and now co‑managing NARS Polska. Today he not only advises, designs, and supports clients, but also proves that CO₂ is not only an ecological but also an economical choice – especially in the long run. After hours? You’re more likely to find him at a grill than at a flipchart – and that’s exactly when the most insightful questions appear (along with the best anecdotes from the life of installation companies).

Feliks Bentkowski – a graduate of Finance and Banking and International Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics, he completed postgraduate studies in management and finance, development programs including ESG Investing at the CFA Institute, as well as an agricultural school. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in corporate financing, combining sales and analytical experience with risk management. He started his career at Kredyt Bank. At Santander Bank Polska, he was responsible for managing the CIB portfolio and sector risk in the Food, Agriculture & Healthcare area. Since 2021, he has been associated with the BNP Paribas Group, working in the areas of Food & Agri, ESG, and decarbonization.

Grzegorz BOBEK – has 28 years of experience in managing environmental protection and sustainability areas in industry, based on international ISO standards and corporate frameworks. He specializes in practical aspects of decarbonization in the FMCG sector. Since 2007, he has been implementing methodologies and tools for measuring the “carbon footprint” across the full LCA scope (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), which form the basis for strategies, programs, and decarbonization projects for the Danone group of companies in Poland, covering the entire value chain.

Marcin Dusiło – engineer, analyst, consultant. PhD candidate at the Warsaw University of Technology. He worked as an analyst, advisor, and standards developer at OGP Gaz-System on strategic projects such as Baltic Pipe, the FSRU terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk, and the expansion of the LNG terminal in Świnoujście. He provided engineering consulting services on energy projects at the Danish advisory company Ramboll, was involved in developing products on the Polish energy market at PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny, worked as an electrical engineer at ENCO, where he designed transformer stations, and as a power engineer at ZRE Katowice, where at the Siekierki CHP plant he was responsible for the repair and maintenance of the largest heating turbo unit in Poland.

Dr hab. Eng. Zbigniew Karaczun – conducts research in the field of climate and environmental policy, the integration of their objectives into agricultural policy and economic development strategies, as well as the Europeanization of Polish environmental policy and environmental management. Member of the State Council for Environmental Protection and the Scientific Council of the Institute of Environmental Protection. In 1994, he co-founded Climate Action Network Central and Eastern Europe and served as its director from 1994 to 1998. Co-founder of the Climate Coalition of Polish non-governmental organizations, and since 2003 he has been the managing expert of the Coalition’s Secretariat. President of the Polish Ecological Club, Mazovian District.

Jerzy Wierzbicki – an expert in agricultural policy, beef sector strategy, and sustainable food production, with experience in managing international and national initiatives. Leader of the ProOptiBeef project and the QMP (Quality Meat Program) system, both aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Polish food on global markets. He initiated and co-led the development of the CO₂ Calculator for agriculture. He is actively involved in the Sustainable European Livestock & Meat Association (SELMA) and the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability, contributing to the development of practical solutions for decarbonizing the supply chain. His work focuses on building dialogue between science, business, and public administration, resulting, among others, in the “Polska Wołowina 2030” strategy.
