Lipeng He is Industry Product Lead at Shengwang, responsible for digital workplace, IoT and live streaming solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in video conferencing and real-time communications, with previous roles as engineer, architect and technical leader at global vendors such as Vidyo, Lifesize and RADVISION/Avaya. He holds a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Applied Mathematics and Software Development from Beihang University.

Wen Xiaojun, Director of Network Institute (Data Industry Research Center) at the China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID Research Institute), Senior Engineer, and concurrently Deputy Secretary-General of the World Ultra High Definition Video Industry Alliance. Previously served as Deputy Director and Director of the Electronic Information Institute at CCID Research Institute. He has long been engaged in research on the electronic information industry, cybersecurity, and the data industry. He has undertaken nearly a hundred projects for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Data Administration, and provincial and ministerial-level local governments. He has participated in the drafting of numerous industrial policy documents, including those on smart hardware, smart health and elderly care, virtual reality, ultra-high definition video, advanced computing, cybersecurity, AI security, quantum technology, data infrastructure, high-quality datasets, and data labeling, as well as the formulation of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Five-Year Plans. He has published dozens of papers and articles in domestic and international core academic journals and media, and authored multiple monographs.

Jiang Hong ( Maggie) joined NVIDIA in 2016 and currently serves as Director of the Media and Entertainment Industry for the Asia-Pacific region. She provides end-to-end solutions covering artificial intelligence, digital twins, cloud computing and image processing for companies in the Design, Media and Entertainment sectors. She has previously worked at leading IT enterprises including Adobe and Autodesk.

<p>Sam Zhao is the Application Engineering Manager for Greater China at QSC. He also serves as a member of the inaugural Education Advisory Group of InfoComm China 2026, an expert committee member of China Entertainment Technology Association (CETA), and the Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS) Representative for Greater China.</p> <p>With over 30 years of experience in the broadcast and ProAV industries, Sam has led the design of large-scale broadcast systems for landmark projects including Beijing Daxing International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport, the Beijing Aerospace Flight Control Center (BACC), and the Shanghai International Formula 1 Circuit. He has also served as a broadcast system consultant for major theme park developments such as Shanghai Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and Universal Studios Beijing. Sam is a co-author of professional publications including &ldquo;Sound Reinforcement Technology and Integration&rdquo; and &ldquo;Principles and Practice of AoIP&rdquo;. He has published more than 80 technical papers in the field.</p>

Mr. Li Quan is the CTO of iFLYREC, iFLYTEK. Zhang Liyuan has years of in-depth experience in the field of artificial intelligence and smart education, coupled with extensive expertise in channel development and management. During his tenure with the Self-owned Brand Business Unit at AISPEECH, he spearheaded the deep integration of AI voice technology with educational and teaching scenarios.
