Dr. Maria Bucco is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine. In her pursuit of medicine, she has always sought to incorporate the humanities, obtaining a double major in biology, Italian language and literature at the University of Pittsburgh. While she completed her premed curriculum and a research project, her studies in the Italian department sustained her soul. Dr. Bucco again found renewal in the humanities, embracing the arts with other healthcare providers.
