The Aquatic Programs for Injured Warriors and Athletes is the result of the Performance Improvement (PI) Study conducted for the U.S. Army Office of the Surgeon General OTSG) and the Proponency Office for Rehabilitation and Reintegration (P2R). The goal was to collect data for standardization of aquatic rehabilitation and exercise programs across the Army for Soldiers with musculoskeletal injuries.
