Thomas A. (Tom) Fanning is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Southern Company, America’s premier energy company. Elected by the board of directors in July 2010, he became president of Southern Company in August 2010, and assumed the additional responsibilities of chairman and CEO in December 2010. He has worked for Southern Company for more than four decades and has held 15 different positions in eight different business units, including numerous officer positions with a variety of Southern Company subsidiaries in the areas of finance, strategy, international business development and technology.

Adrienne Zlatkiss is a trusted advisor who works with clients to meet their sustainability, energy and resiliency goals. Adrienne has been part of the sustainability movement from the beginning. Her life’s purpose has been finding sustainable solutions that help the environment while having a positive effect on the long-term financial bottom line. After more than 15 years working in sustainability and energy for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, CDM Smith and Siemens, and Powers, Adrienne knows what truly drives successful projects and policy.

Robert Swan is a record-breaking explorer and environmental campaigner known for his expeditions to the South Pole and his work in the preservation of the Antarctic and sustainable development.

Cara is the Senior Director Program Management, Distributed Clean Energy for RWE Clean Energy. Over the years she has actively marketed and sold energy efficiency, commodity supply, demand response, and solar EPC services. She has participated and led corporate strategic initiatives including new business start-ups and new/existing product growth and expansion. Cara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Masters Business Administration from Fordham University, New York, with a major in Finance and Marketing.

Ayo holds an MS degree in Civil Engineering from New York University & MBA degree from Pace University, NY and credentials as a project management professional (PMP) and certified energy procurement (CEP). His career-defining experiences have inspired him to work on technology innovation, artificial intelligence (Gen AI), ESG, sustainability, and local content in the supply chain industry. He brings with him 25+ years of extensive and enriching experience, having worked in close quarters with a prominent American Oil & Gas company in Nigeria, and in the past 15 years working on grid infrastructure modernization in United States.
