Hadly Clark is a director at Milken Institute’s FasterCures. She is an experienced health care professional focused on the intersection of health and technology. Clark leads digital health and oncology-focused initiatives exploring innovative diagnostic technologies and advancements in anticancer treatments. Before her tenure at the Milken Institute, she led quality improvement programs at the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Clark has over 15 years of experience as a dedicated patient advocate, helping people navigate the complex, opaque US health system. She holds a Master of Science in health systems administration from Georgetown University’s School of Health.

Fernando Cruz-Guilloty, is the Director, Oncology – Precision Medicine & Diagnostics at Janssen R&D. As the Amivantamab Franchise Lead, Fernando oversees the overarching Diagnostics (Dx) strategy for the Amivantamab/Rybrevant (EGFR-MET bi-specific Ab) program in biomarker-selected populations of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors, including CRC and HNSCC. He collaborates with key stakeholders, develops and executes precision medicine strategies to enable registration of pharmaceutical assets, leading a high-performing cross-functional team.

Oliver is a seasoned physician-scientist committed to innovative drug development approaches reflecting all stakeholder perspectives including patients, health technology assessment bodies, and payers. He is passionate about successful translation from bench to bedside, dose optimization, and communication to all audiences. He has supported private financing rounds and 2 IPOs (Nasdaq, NYSE) and is dedicated to ensuring global patient access to medicines addressing unmet medical needs. His academic career focused on the first applications of autologous stem-cell transplantations in patients with refractory autoimmune diseases and the systematic administration of prophylactic donor lymphocyte infusion after allogeneic stem cell transplantation in adults with hematological malignancies. Oliver is engaged in oncology community activities to improve clinical drug development, facilitated by Friends of Cancer Research and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is also active in the Boston community and currently serves on the Board of Mentors of Community Servings.

Amrita Pati is Executive Director of Computational Biology in Precision Medicine at Amgen, where she leads efforts to integrate high-content clinical and biomarker data to accelerate therapeutic development across oncology, cardiometabolic diseases, inflammation, and rare disease. Her expertise spans multi-modal omics, liquid biopsy, AI/ML, and predictive analytics in Rx/Dx development. She oversees global biomarker and computational biology initiatives, integrating multi-omics, liquid biopsy, and advanced analytics to translate complex biology into actionable insights. Prior to Amgen, she directed algorithm development for oncology and NIPT NGS assays at Roche Sequencing and led the OMICs Analysis Group at the DOE Joint Genome Institute, where her team advanced multi-omics analyses for natural product biosynthesis and microbial genomics. Dr. Pati has authored more than 300 scientific publications and has contributed to the development and application of computational biology methods across diverse therapeutic areas. She holds a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from Virginia Tech.
