"Views from Anywhere: International Approaches to Overcoming Global Indie Challenges"
Entrepreneur. I manage and created from scratch my beloved startup Bacus Studios. Bacus Studios is and independent game developer company based in Argentina. Managed to earn a very important award for my company, Best Game in Unity, in EVA 2018, and now Best Multiplayer game Indi Prize USA 2019. Proven track record as a lobbyist and event organizer/manager. Community leader; increased the size and scope of the Mendoza gamedev scene by a whooping 40% annual growth rate. Accomplished Biz dev in the gaming industry, with a growing network and portfolio of possible clients but also friends. There is always room to learn more. Advocate of the Videogame Industry. Working shoulder to shoulder with other devs. to improve the local ecosystem in Mendoza, Argentina. Worked as an Evangelist of Epic Games for almost 4 years, helping indie devs far and wide, from Latam, North Amerca, Europe, and even MENA region. Then sifted to the BD team helping with account management and revenue analysis. Left Epic in Q3 2024, and started the due diligence for Byzantium, a plausible Latam fund for PC/Console. Byzantium hit a snag when some of the main investors pulled out, and thus we covnerted the idea of Byzantium into a full fledge Agency focused on latam.
