Richard Astle is VP, Head of Fireblocks Network, the core connectivity layer powering institutional digital asset transfer, settlement, and custody across the Fireblocks platform. With 18 years’ experience in financial services, Richard drives the global growth and strategic direction of the Network. He is responsible for enabling seamless, secure access to liquidity, custodians, and trading venues for the world’s leading financial institutions, while developing advanced risk management solutions—such as Off Exchange Settlement to safeguard capital and mitigate counterparty risk across the ecosystem. Prior to Fireblocks, Richard was instrumental in building and scaling Covario’s trade desk from the ground up, achieving trading volumes exceeding $100 million per month. His expertise in digital assets is also rooted in his work with Swiss Crypto Vault, where he played a key role in launching the company and growing its market share to over $1 billion in assets under management within 18 months.

Anatole is a global public policy and regulatory leader within the payments industry, having worked at the intersection of policy, finance and the technology ecosystem for a decade. He serves as the Global Head of Government Affairs & Corporate Citizenship for Worldpay, where he drives the company's strategic engagement with policymakers within the payments and fintech landscape, particularly in Washington D.C., London, Brussels, and Singapore. He’s based in London and is also a member of the advisory National Payments Vision - Vision Engagement Group for the U.K. Government. As part of his Corporate Citizenship leadership role, he’s also driving Worldpay’s Sustainability and Philanthropic programs. Prior to Worldpay, Anatole worked for the UK’s Payment Systems Regulator (PSR), which sits within the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Niki is the founder of BitesizeBKK, an English-language news platform for the next generation of decision-makers that focuses on Business, Technology, & timely headlines you need to know in your daily life. Prior to launching BitesizeBKK, she worked at Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) under Digital Ventures, and aCommerce in the PR & Comms team. Niki has a bachelor’s degree in politics from the University of Exeter and a Masters in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Aashish Sharma is an evangelist for the power of decision management. Aashish helps financial institutions around Asia Pacific to improve their decision management and risk lifecycle strategies, which requires understanding clients’ current challenges and being acutely aware of emerging business and technology trends. He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Aashish lives in Singapore.

Jo is Division Head of the Payments Development and Data Connectivity Office at the FinTech & Innovation Group (FTIG), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). She oversees the development of Singapore’s payments ecosystem and cross-border data connectivity. Jo has led key initiatives such as Direct FAST, PayNow cross-border linkages with Thailand, India and Malaysia, Project Nexus, SGQR, the Payments Council, and the cessation of cheques in Singapore. Previously, she was project director for the Payment Services Act. Before joining FTIG, Jo was Assistant General Counsel at MAS, advising on financial regulations and trade agreements. She began her legal career at Allen & Gledhill and Amica Law. Jo holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and an LLM from University College London, and is a non-practising solicitor of England and Wales.

Lissele Pratt, based in London, is the Co-Founder of Capitalixe, a fintech advisory firm she established in 2019. With over a decade in finance, she has grown the company to seven-figure revenues in three years, delivering fintech, payments, and banking solutions to medium and high-risk sectors globally. Capitalixe partners with 50+ payment providers and serves 150+ clients worldwide. Lissele has received numerous accolades, including Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance (2021), Rising Star at the UK FinTech Awards, Top 100 Women in Fintech, and Fintech Businesswoman of the Year 2024, among others. A champion for women in finance and tech, she mentors underrepresented communities to inspire emerging leaders. A respected voice in fintech, Lissele contributes to Forbes, has been featured in TechRound 29 Under 29, judged top women in tech lists, and speaks regularly at industry events, including TEDx, iFX Expo, and Fintech LIVE London.
