Cynthia Madden is a cybersecurity and AI risk leader specializing in how artificial intelligence is deployed in operational environments and the financial, legal, and compliance risks it can create. She helps construction, development, and infrastructure organizations identify AI blind spots in software platforms, analytics, scheduling tools, and automated decision-making. With experience across defense, finance, and technology, Cynthia develops practical AI and cyber risk frameworks that turn complex technical issues into actionable guidance for executives. She is a sought-after speaker on responsible AI adoption, an instructor with Girls in Cyber, an International AI Fellow, and a nonprofit committee chair advancing digital safety and accountability.

Jim Tobin, CAE, is president and CEO of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and has more than 20 years of association experience with a broad housing policy background. He began at NAHB in 1998 as a Congressional representative for the western U.S., later expanding his expertise in environmental and tax policy. Tobin most recently served as executive vice president and chief lobbyist, directing NAHB’s federal, state, and local advocacy and political activities, before becoming president and CEO in 2023. He previously served as senior legislative assistant to U.S. Representatives Frank Riggs and Gary Franks. Tobin holds a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut and lives in Falls Church, Va., with his wife and two children.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Tracy Tonaki is passionate about working to provide the homes Hawaii families need. As the president of D.R. Horton Inc.’s Hawaii division, Tracy brings that passion to life each day, leading a team equally as committed to being a part of this journey. Her commitment to our community stretches well beyond the office. She is a long-time board member and past chairperson for the Institute of Human Services board of directors and recently joined the Hawaiian Humane Society board of directors. She is also a strong supporter of Housing No Kākou, a coalition of housing advocates promoting reforms that protect access to much needed housing for Hawaii’s families.

Christine Camp is the CEO of Avalon Group, a real estate development, investment, and services company that she founded in 1999. The company’s mission is to create better communities in Hawaiʻi for people to live, work, learn, and play. Throughout the years, Christine has dedicated her expertise to the betterment of her community by serving on a variety of boards, and has won multiple accolades for her work.

Dan Dunmoyer serves as the President and CEO of the California Building Industry Association. A proven and dedicated leader, Dunmoyer brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. As the President and CEO of CBIA, Dunmoyer oversees and manages all aspects of the association. A respected and recognized leader, he is strongly committed to ensuring that the organization continues to be the leading voice of housing in California and efforts to ensure the American Dream of homeownership is attainable for all Californians. The son of a small home builder from Southern California and a veteran of California public policy issues, Dunmoyer has been closely involved in California’s unique political culture for years.
