<p data-end="589" data-start="214">Adilson Mangueira Nelumba is a seasoned civil engineer and executive leader with over 11 years of experience in strategic infrastructure planning, project management, and human capital development. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Copia Group of Companies, S.A., where he provides oversight and strategic direction across the company&rsquo;s operations.</p> <p data-end="1091" data-start="591">Mr. Nelumba holds a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master&rsquo;s Degree in Planning from the University of Science and Technology of Namibia. His career began at Sonangol E.P., where he worked from 2006 to 2016 as an Exploration Technician in the Geophysics Department. During this time, he played pivotal roles in major national infrastructure and energy projects, including serving as Assistant Project Manager for the 2D Seismic Acquisition Project (2,600 km) in the Kwanza Onshore Basin.</p> <p data-end="1405" data-start="1093">He later led large-scale engineering and development efforts as Project Director for the clearing of transmission line corridors and demining operations between Lauca, Catete, and Bita, and served as Fiscal Consortium Leader for the Caculo Caba&ccedil;a Hydroelectric Development Project&mdash;a landmark 2,172 MW initiative.</p> <p data-end="1644" data-start="1407">Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Mr. Nelumba brings a robust blend of technical expertise and leadership to the energy and civil infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable development and national capacity building.</p>

<p>Martin Deffontaines has served as the Vice President of Strategy within the Strategy Business Development R&amp;D Division in Exploration Production since 2010. He began his career in 1991 in the Exploration &amp; Production sector as a project engineer. Martin then took on roles as Field Manager in Russia and Africa before transitioning to the Department of New Ventures and Asset Management as a Negotiator.</p> <p>In 2008, he was appointed Managing Director of Total E&amp;P Yemen. Martin Deffontaines is 46 years old and holds degrees from the &Eacute;cole Nationale Sup&eacute;rieure de Techniques Avanc&eacute;es (ENSTA) and the University of Paris VI.</p>
